I've had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Nguyen and her staff. My whole family goes to her, including my kids and we all love her.

This doctor doesn't catch problems too well...such as not seeing all teh cavities present or overlooking a serious inflammation of root as a cavity. The receptionist seemed careless and unfriendly (who is teh 1st person u meet wehn u walk in)...the rest of the staff is nice though.

Actually, Tina (dentist) was a very caring, warm person. She worked very hard to make sure there was little to no pain and/or anxiety while I was in her chair. However, there is one girl working as her dental assistant/office help who ALWAYS caused some type of problem, ie. financial, incompetentency in her dental assistant practices. Finally, I just decided to switch to a different provider because of the issues with Tina's incompetent staff.
