Dr. Starling is professional, extremely competent, and makes his patients very comfortable. My daughter began consultations with him when she was 8 because we knew she would need a cross-bite correction and braces at some point. We never paid a dime until she was ready to begin treatment at age 13. Also, he doesn't "nickel and dime" you to death. The package is all inclusive so if something happens, they bring you in and fix it asap for no charge at that visit. The staff is VERY knowledgeable and good at what they do, kind and caring. The atmosphere is fun! The customer service is 5-star, as well. A good example is yesterday. My daughter had a checkup and they always put on new rubberbands. She wanted Halloween colors so they did orange and black. We got in the car and she realized she wouldn't see them again before homecoming. She panicked! She couldn't wear orange/black bands to hoco, so she ran back inside and Angela very happily changed out the color for her! We love them there and can't say enough about Dr. Starling and his entire staff!
About Front Desk: We love the Front Desk Staff, as well! These ladies are caring and fun, all while keeping everything running smoothly and getting you in and out in a timely manner.

Dr. Starling started seeing my son when he was 5. We never paid for those visits until he had an appliance in his mouth. The braces were much less expensive than my peers have paid elsewhere. The treatment was very effective. Every member of the staff including Dr. Starling were just wonderful to deal with and great with my son....even when it was difficult.

Dr. Starling's office is absolutely phenomenal! He is very personable and professional. He is up to date on the lastest technology and treatment options. His staff is extremely professional, sweet, and well-trained. There are all very knowledgable and helpful. The office is very well organized and there is never a long wait at your appointment. It is rare to wait even 5 minutes. I work in the medical field and have been in MANY doctors offices around Atlanta. This office is by far the most organized, professional and friendly I have dealt with personally or professionally.

This is one of the best run practices we have encountered in any of our healthcare providers. The computerized appointment system is easy and works well. Everyone there is friendly, helpful, and very professional. My son has special needs and they accomodate him well.
