TWO BIG problems!
My daughter had an appointment today, we got her out of school early only to find the office CLOSED for the day. No one had called us. And apparently they just decided to close for the day! This shows no respect to customers.
Problem TWO, when she got her braces they had a referral program to give the person that referred us $50. It has been months, we have reminded the office several times...still they do not pay.

I work in the Orthodontic Industry and Dr. Burstein's cases always finished with more consistency and better archform than most I saw. I would use him if I had braces to do over!

This is the most wonderful orthodontist I have ever been to. I have been to at least 5 others and they all were terrible compared to him!

WOW! WOW! WOW! I had visited many other orthodontists in the East Cobb area but after my consultation with Dr. Burstein I knew he was the right doctor for my children. He and my son hit it off right away talking about "kids stuff"...not the usual doctor mumbo jumbo. A beautiful office and very friendly staff made my decision to start our family here even easier. I highly recommend Dr. Burstein's office.
