Worst experience ever each and every time we visit. Talks about clients in native tongue. Doesn't communicate with patient. Not able to perform agreed upon ortho treatment. Wait times almost over an hour.

These people in the Honolulu office at Union Mall were cleaning my wife's teeth and broke a bridge. They told me it was because she had a cavity. Then they tried to charge me for the broken bridge. I took her to another dentist who took an x-ray and said there was no cavity and they could fix the bridge. So these people broke the bridge, lied and said it was a cavity, and tried to stick me with the bill.
On top of this they kept trying to get me to do all kinds of deep cleans and other treatments, that, when I checked with other dentists, was told were unnecessary. They lie to get you to spend money, bottom line. I suggest going anywhere else.

As part of the Gentle Dental Team, Dr Chaekal provided excellent care in a pain free, friendly enviroment. Dr. Chaekal provide consistent and meticulous attention to my daughters orthodonic needs (braces) and her team ensured that teenage daughters concerns and feelings were listened to.

Dr. Chaekal is a sweetest orthodontist in town. She is very professional and thorough, always keeping you aware of how your teeth are progressing and what the next steps will be. Before the work even begins, she and her staff provided a variety of options, explaining cost and benefits of different treatments. Just as Dr. Chaekal is, her staff are all friendly and gentle. Highly reccommend her.

Very happy with Dr. Chaekal and her staff. Have recommended her to others in my community. I am glad I chose her to do the orthodontics for my children. The prices are very good for Hawaii too.
