Some of these questions are a little tricky because there isn't an appropriate answer given as a choice. Dr. Head has gone above and beyond to make my daughter's experience with braces as quick and painless as possible. We saw him for an initial consult several years before returning to him for her eventual braces because his HONESTY left such an impact. His office may not be filled with the latest, fanciest video games and fish aquariums, but he flat out told us that she needed 1 set of braces (not the 2 sets EVERY OTHER ORTHO WAS PUSHING DOWN OUR THROAT). Not only did he gain our trust by being honest to his own financial detriment, but we refer him to everyone we know because he puts his patient's needs first AND he and his staff are all just fantastic people. They have been patient and honest as well as professional and we can already see some results since starting in December. If you want an orthodontist that will put you, your child and what's right above making a quick profit for multiple unnecessary sets of braces, you have found the best orthodontist in the Chicagoland suburbs!!!!!
About Front Desk: The front desk staff has always been friendly and very professional every time we have gone to the office. They went above and beyond helping schedule my daughter after a series of ridiculous events that were not their fault so that she could start treatment by the end of 2017. We couldn't be happier with how nice and compassionate they have all been to our family.
