Read Reviews for Dr. Robert Kaspers
Ortho. Took my kids 5 years for their braces. He only works 3 to 4 days a week. Like a Puppy Mill.
Regular rescheduling, staff turnover is high, and need to remind the employees of what was told last. Dr. forgot twice to put support brackets in after braces came off - to keep them in place.

It will take your children 5 years versus 3 years at other ortho doctors. Open only 3 to 4 days. High staff turnover. Dr. Kaspers is a tennis coach, and the only Dr. on staff. Feels like a puppy mill. Forgot to put brace on the back of lower teeth after braces.

I'm undergoing orthodontic treatment with Dr. Kaspers in preparation for lower jaw advancement surgery. Having been in braces during my teen years, I can say that Dr. Kaspers and his staff have provided me with excellent service and I feel very well prepared for the surgery. As an adult, the teeth movements have been swift and painless, and I've been getting the most advanced techniques available. Instead of having to wear a headgear for some of the difficult molar tooth movements, Dr. Kaspers has been able to get this accomplished with implants and elastics, sparing me the embarrassment of the headgear while in public. My orthodontic and surgical plan have been done using the latest 3D computer imaging technology. Most importantly Dr. Kaspers has a very keen attention to detail. I was referred to Dr. Kaspers office independently by two different oral surgeons who have worked with him, and I feel fortunate to have him as my orthodontist.

Dr. Kaspers is anyone's nightmare. My daughter has been under his treatment for 4.5 years. Since there had been no improvement I decided to seek out a 2nd and 3rd opinion. Based on her pre-braces x-rays, I was shocked to find out that my daughter's teeth are currently in much worse condition than they were 5 years ago. I was told it will take 2 years to undo and correct what Dr. Kaspers has done. We paid him in full at the beginning of the treatment and now it will cost us additional $5300 to correct his horrible doing. If I would only have known what I know now, I would never have put my child through this. My daughter is a junior in high school and might have to go to college with braces. Dr. Kaspers needs to be held accountable for his work and should have his license reprimended so as not to have this treatment suffered by future patients.

I was told 2 to 21/2 years for braces, It was 4 years. Ask other parents sitting the waiting room same story. The staff constantly changes and do most of the work. Would not recommend.

My daughter has been seen by Dr. Kaspers to straighten teeth that were not corrected by her previous orthodontist. I like the fact that the CT scan in Dr. Kaspers' office can detect so many hidden problems. The front desk staff is very helpful and extremely polite. I will continue to recommend this practice to my friends.

Even though they were paid in full, the treatment was not completed. I have to go to another orthodontist and begin again. I'm in college now and the extra expense and time commitment make treatment difficult and inconvenient. I'm told by 3 North Shore orthodontists that Dr. Kaspers created additional problems and I may require surgery on my gums before correcting my bite. Only after those corrections I will be able to begin correcting my teeth alignment.

Dr. Kaspers and his staff are the best. They are so wonderful and pleasant and nice. They always refer to me by name and ask me about my kids. Also, I am an adult who has braces, and they have a lot of clients who do, so I don't feel out of place in their office.
