Dr. Wong is a great doctor. She makes kids feel at ease and will do all it takes to make sure her patients are comfortable and taken care of. Both of my kids have her as their orthodontist. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great ortho.

dr wong is a very experienced woman, and very helpful. her office staff is great and very helpful also. i would defiantly recommend her! She is very easy going and cheerful!

Dr. Wong is great. She treated my kids with care and kindness. They all love her. Her office is clean, fun and very relaxed. She is highly recommended.

Dr.Wong is a fantastic orthodontist. She has treated not only myself but my entire family. She is honest and direct. You will receive excellent treatment and very caring doctor that works on all her patients every time you come in. She is hands on and I guarantee you will be very happy.

I am very disappointed with the service that I received from Dr. Wong. I came to her with gaps in my teeth and was told that after getting braces my gaps would be closed. I got my braces, and after a year and a half of wearing them my gap had moved from one side of my mouth to the other. When she took the braces off my teeth I asked her, "Why do I still have a gap? I thought my braces we're going to fix that." After a year and a half of believing this Dr. Wong replied, "No, you really need a bonding for that." So I go to my dentist to get a bonding and my dentist says that my gap is really too wide for a bonding to stay put. So, we try it, and periodically my bonding breaks, and I look like a hill billy. I'm angry. My money was wasted. Oh, and recently the wire on my retainer broke. I called Dr. Wong about having it fixed, and she said that I need to get new impressions in addition to it being fixed. The new impressions would cost $195! Ridiculous! She didn't even offer to fix it! What happened to the impressions I took the first time? No, this is not right. She is a scammer, and she will not fulfill the promises that she says she will at your first appointment. However, she will gladly take your money. Be sure to avoid Dr. Wrong

The staff at Dr. Wong's office is wonderful. I have come early and they've gotten me in right away, I've been late and still didn't wait long. A very friendly staff, Dr. Wong is very nice. My daughter loved her! They make you feel very welcome there. I had gotten 3 quotes and Dr. Wong was the most reasonable. The 2 other Orthos were not very personable and 1 quote was ridiculously expensive. My daughter and I were very happy with the service we received for the 2+ years she was there. Plus, her teeth look wonderful! If you are looking for a very friendly, laid back atmosphere, This is the place.

Dr. Wong is very likable. Her office is stress free and her staff answers all your questions, before you even ask. She is conservative, but not old fashioned. Her regular fees are generally lower than even some of the insurance companies allow. Both of my kids have gone to her office with wonderful results..So wonderful infact that I just finished my own braces too! I really recommend her expertise, great bed-side manner and knowledgable staff for anyone who need braces!
