Facilities are okay, a bit small and not so private. Dr Gefvert is very nice and knowledgable. She has a ver full schedule to getting your services on the calendar can be challenging!

Great place to visit. Convienant location and great service. They are located in what seems to be a dental office area so crowns needed are completed quickly.

Very nice family dentist. Extremely helpful in evaluating treatments based on cost, family needs, health concerns, etc. to help decide which options are right for the person based on their individual situations. I had to have crowns on all of my top teeth quite a few years ago, due to deteriorating enamel, and the crowns have lasted years longer than the "average", with few problems with them over the years. Also, we had no insurance at the time and she was willing to work with us so that we could get the work done when we needed it, and come to an arrangement that allowed us to pay her within our very tight budget. When the inevitable problems did occur with some of the crowns, she was wonderful in working with us to determine the best solution. I could not recommend her more highly.

I like the people and office but I had a bad experience. I had crowns put in, and it's over 2 months and I have to go back and forth. First the crown chipped after the cement, than I had to adjust my bite, than they do not look uniform, and than one of the crown didn't cover my whole tooth, the doc filled it but it came off and now I have to go back to either get it filled again or have the whole tooth redone.
I would recommend this place for simple filing and cleaning but not crowns or major work.

My wife and I have gone to Dr. Gefvert for many years. We began going to her on the recommendation of a friend after several less than satisfactory experiences elsewhere. Since then, many others we know have switched to Dr. Gefvert. All of them have made her their permanent dentist. We all think she is "the best". Of course she has all of the latest equipment, techniques and procedures, and her work is flawless, but beyond that, she is so personable! She makes us feel very comfortable and relaxed. It's more like going to see a friend than "the dentist". She is kind, gentle, honest and explains everything clearly. We don't come away feeling that we are just another patient. She makes us feel that she genuinely cares about us as individuals. Her office capably handles all of the insurance paperwork. Before going to Dr. Gefert we never looked forward to dental appointments. Now we don't mind them at all!

Very nice doctor, they have video games in a seperate supervised waiting room so it's a great place for children; Dr. Gefvert can answer any question you can possible think of when it comes to the dentistry field. She is also fairly priced and accepts many insurance policies.
