If you live in Plainfield, I would not suggest as they only give you Tuesday appts, or can you drive to Castleton (like that is an option). The office in plainfield, is like going back in time say, 1970. The decore is seriously outdated, as the office equipment is in need of serious updates. The staff seems pretty unhappy working for Dr. Krull, who knows, by indication of his office decor, he probably doesn't believe in appropriate merit increases either. Dr. Krull is all about business, and serious about his work. the kids seem to like him. However, with his fees I would suggest another office that is accommodating to patients schedules and overall experience. Time to get with 2011 Dr. Krull.

Dr. Krull has been very kind and gentle with my daughter. She doesn't fear going here and he explains everything that is going to be done to her before he actually does it.

Dr Krull is wonderful and his staff is great. Both my daughter and I have had braces with Dr. Krull. He is very patient explaining treatment, procedures, and what to expect. The assistants and office staff is very pleasant.

I received treatment from Dr. Krull that was ineffective. My treatment was ended way too early leaving me with noticable gaps immediately after treatment. I had to get braces put on again with a different orthodontist.

Dr. Krull is very attentive to the patients needs and wants. He runs close to schedule and is very attentive to sanitation needs.
