Great office with friendly staff. Dr Wheaton went out of his way to accomodate me and took all possible measures to prevent me from having major work done with great success.
Office is a little old, but the service was fast and friendly and they made space for me when I needed an appointment.

Dr. Wheaton is very good. He tries to minimize the pain and seems to be very thorough. The women that bills your insurance is also very nice and thorough. The main complaint I have is that the women who is in charge of setting appointments is usually less than helpful. She has never called me back when I leave messages to make an appointment. Even when the dentist says he will have her call me to set something up, she never has. Also, one has to wait months to get a morning appointment which isn't too strange but the frustration of having them call and cancel a week before hand and then waiting months again is very disappointing. This has happened at least twice. I was also told that I could not make a morning appoinment unless it was for crown work or something more serious.
Again, Dr Wheaton is very good and I have full confidence in him.

Dr. Wheaton takes his time to do a detailed exam when I come in for my cleanings. He is very professional. I have not needed any fillings, but I really like the hygienist.

Dr. Wheaton is a truly nice guy, but his staff is awful. They are so payment focused that they used to sit next to me while I was in the dentist's chair to discuss payment - and wanted me to pay for cavity filling six months in advance - very wierd... The office staff borders unfriendly and rude, while the dental hygenists are friendly enough...I feel uncomfortable every time I go there, and only switched to him because my dentist of 15 years retired and I was referred there. I am looking for a new dentist.

I liked the doctor, but they marketed to me in a way (over the phone, mail) that seemed a little intrusive. Otherwise I liked the service

I've been going to Dr. Wheaton for years and he's a wonderful Dentist. I highly recommend him!

Dr Wheaton and his staff are very professional and considerate. His work is of the highest order and for one who hates dentists he makes my visits enjoyable.
He's the best dentist I've ever had.
