Dr. Macri and all of his staff are very caring, diligent, and detailed oriented. Making appointments at one of his various locations was painless and I could always get a time that worked with my busy schedule. My appointments were always on time and in most cases I was in and out in 30 minutes or less.
Over the two year process of having braces I never once felt that any of my questions or concerns went unanswered. They were all very helpful in providing tips on care and were patient with me when I needed my retainer replaced or a new mouth guard for sports. As an adult with braces I was at first a little self conscious but the private and clean exam rooms allowed for privacy and a stress-free experience. I am so thankful for my beautiful and healthy smile. Thank you Dr. James Macri and your staff for all of your hard work and talents!
