most of his staff is amazing although the turn over of the good ones is a plenty. Dr. Hechler has a bedside manner of Willy Wonka on steroids and can "tell you of a plane crash with the gleam in his eyes.." Very condescending and hateful with a smile unless little Suzy comes in wearing a Pembroke uniform. Never waited less than 40 minutes w no apology ever. I was actually told by other Doctors and previous patients not to go to him but did because of his location convenience and how nice the place was, I made the mistake...
About Front Desk: this depends on which one you get. there is one lady that has his same personality and just looks mad when you walk in the door and puts on a tone as if she is tolerating the interruption. snickers obviously if there is a known issue with a patient and dr. hechler where as most of the staff knows he's awful and is sympathetic.
