Dr. Webster himself is OK. His office manager Yolanda is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! She lied about being a preferred provider for our insurance which cost us TONS more money!!!!!! She is SUPER rude and has no idea what she is doing!!!!! She probably flipped burgers at McDonalds before getting this "office manager" position! She knows absolutely NOTHING about billing and/or insurance whatsoever! If she even knew how to add and/or subtract, it would be a plus! RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!! WORST ORTHODONTIST OFFICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH, EVER!!! and I have several children, I will NEVER use this Orthodontist for any of my other children again!!! Wake up Dr. Will!!!!
About Front Desk: Friendly scheduler/front desk lady who is treated like a DOG by Yolanda the office manager!!!!!!!

Really friendly staff and both father and son Dr Websters are great. Warm and friendly, I trust them both.
