Turnover is low, staff enjoys working at this office. The hiring process is time consuming to ensure a candidate is accepted by all staff and will be a good fit. Dr. Pyle has a very high standard for doing things 'accurately' and such his staff is held to this high standard though they appear to have the same standard for themselves as well. Appointments have always been started and ended on time or earlier. At this time I cannot compare costs to other dentist's costs as I would not know. This is one of the few places that actually handles the billing and insurance issues proactively. You never feel harrassed by staff and all issues are easily resolvable. I have never seen even an ounce of unprofessionalism (sarcasm, eye ball rolling, lack of initiative, etc.) in the 13 years I have been a customer. People there are friendly and warm hearted no matter how long you have visited. They are also multilinqual and can accomodate wheel chairs. I have had fillings done and teeth cleaning every six months, boyfriend had a root canal, never had to return for any reason (for example, due to a mistake or improper treatment). Only complaint would be cold office.
One of the few companies who remember 'who is serving who'.
About Hygienist: See above. There are only two hygienist's I believe. They turned me into a 'flosser'. They thoroughly educate you; not because they need to but because they believe in helping people because it is necessary. You will never feel offended by their approach. My boyfriend was never a flosser and is now properly brushing his teeth and flossing daily. These people help you understand the importance for the commitment to your teeth (most people are unaware as I was).

I really like Dr. Pyle and his support staff and hygienists are top notch. The facilities are great, and the staff (including Dr. Pyle) are incredibly professional. The office has a very comfortable feel to it, and I didn't feel stressed out or anxious. It seems to me that Dr. Pyle utilizes the newest and best technologies available in the world of dental hygiene. Because of that and because of his experience he is probably on the more expensive side of the scale. But for me and my wife it has been worth it. My wife has been going to see Dr. Pyle since she was a toddler, and she hasn't had a single cavity. That can't be a coincidence. I would fully recommend Dr. Pyle to family and friends.

Extreemly professional and complete care, excellent friendly staff.
Excellent quality of work. They make sure you are comfortable and not stressed.
My Dad was a dentist so I am very picky about who works on my teeth. I give Dr. Pyle a 5-star rating.
