The biggest issue that I had with Dr. Robinson was his inability to be flexible to my needs. Dr. Robinson requires a separate appointment (only available at certain times) for him to discuss my treatment options/plan. My time is valuable and it takes time out of my busy day to adjust to his way of doing business. After requesting that he do the consultation on a day that I was having work done and already there, he stated that he has done business this way for years and didn't see himself changing. In other words he would not make another appointment for my work to be done unless he had this consultation with me on his terms. So, we are at a stale mate. And yet, it seems to me that in a world where there is always another dentist waiting in the wings, that customer service is going to have to become more important and that old school business mentalities are going to require a paradigm shift or experience the loss of patients due to inflexibility.

Dr. Robinson is dedicated to customer satisfaction. He is meticulous in his work and does a wonderful job. He is also focused on making a very stressful experience as relaxing, and as positive as possible. I hate even thinking about going to the dentists but I know that Dr. Robinson understands this and will do everything possible to make sure I am comforable and treated empathetically. I am confident I get top quality dentistry from Dr. Robinson. Even though I no longer work in Concord, I'll make the extra drive and inconvenience to get to him because he is GREAT!!!

Dr. Robinson and his staff are great! I have been with them for several years now and have recommended his services to my friends and co-workers and have heard great feedback from them, too.
It's a smaller practice, so they get to know you on a personal level and that makes me feel more than just an open mouth with teeth:-)
