Dr. Joe put on braces for me and pulled two teeth. His incompetent skills have cost me thousands of dollars and years of pain. I have or will lose all of my bottom front teeth due to his incompetent skills. Stay away from this man. He will screw up your teeth forever.

Dr. Dongieux helped fix my overbite, many people told me i needed my jaw to be broken. He was against this idea and gave me a pain-free alternative. It isn't perfect, but considering the difference in pain, it was worth it.

I had great treatement, but was given the cheapest form of bonded retainer possible, and not provided with additional removable retainers, which I've recently read I should have recieved for maximum quality.
A few months after my braces, his assistant removed the bonded retainer from my right incisor *the furthest right of the four front teeth connected to the retainer* and as a result my front right incisor *the right of my two front teeth* has now shifted slightly.
Due to the cheap bonded reatainer being merely glue and wire, three of the six teeth on the bottom are now NOT connected properly to the retainer, and two of the top three are connected, the fourth haven been removed over four years ago.
I am now out of state and will more than likely have to have braces back on my top *if an orthodontist will even bother for that one tooth* or have a corrective retainer.
Either way, I intend to have the proper bonded retainers put on, as I am now PAINFULLY aware that I need them for life.
I LOVE Dr. Dongieux. Had I stayed in the area I am confident we would have solved these problems together. All around I was treated well.

I am a 12 year old patient of Dr. Joe. I can honestly say that although my treatment is a long way from over, so far it's been great. He has lots of games and incentives to get kids to do what he needs them to do. He is a kind and gentle man who seems to care alot about his patients and celebrates with them when things go really well. He is always in a good mood.
