Both my kids had their teeth straightened by Dr Melling. My daughter's issues were very complex requiring 2 oral surgeries. Dr. Melling was always on top of what needed to be done, whether it was notes and x-rays going to the surgeon or fitting her in to have special braces taken on or off at a day's notice. Extremely talented orthodontist, super-nice staff, very efficient office. So glad we had expert care in our own hometown!

We travel 45 minutes to see Dr. Melling - he is the best ortho in the area. Every other ortho wanted to put braces on my daughter the very next day, but Dr. Melling saw her every year for 2 years until he thought the timing was right. She just got her braces off and her teeth look awesome! Never a wait in the waiting room - very efficient and friendly staff. Highly recommend this practice.

I had spaces on my top teeth. I went there he said if I get top teeth braces he can only get the front six tightened. Otherwise I would need top and bottom braces he said. I asked if the spaces on the side would show, he said only if you smiled really wide. Ok. So I had the braces on a year. After I gotthem off there were still spaces in the front. He never seemed to tighten them enough to even feel it. But on top of theat I had HUGE spaces besies my canine teeth which you can see with even the slightest smile. In order for the spaces to not have been visible.. he should have moved the first 8 at leaste, not six, but the ruth is, he should have been ale to move the front ten. I ended up being EVEN MORE embarrased with my smile than I was in the first place. Before I had spaces, now I look like I am missing teeth. I ended up having braces for way longer than ncessary out over two grand and INCREDIBLY unhappy with the results, and I could have skipped the inquisitive small talk. John Melling the best dentist aroun...PAH.

My son and my daughter went to Dr. Melling for their orthdontics. Their teeth are perfect. My daughter also had to have other procedures done and the cooperation to get this done was excellent. Recently i decided to get my teeth straightened. This was a two year procedure and every appointment was quick, painless and the professionalism in this office just can't be exceeded!
Payment plans were very easy to work out and the hygienists are pleasant and really know what they are doing. Everyone works together to make each appointment a pleasure!
Dr. Melling works with other dentist and periodontist to make sure your every need is covered. I believe he is the best in his field!

Dr. Melling is doing a wonderful job on my children and on others that we have recommended to him. Very accommodating office.

Dr. Melling and his stafff are the best. Both myself and my son (currently using) have used Dr. Melling to acheive our beautiful smiles. He and his staff are VERY personable. Cost was a little steep but based upon the outcome, it was well worth it. They don't keep you in the braces for any longer than need be. I would recommend him to anyone who is requiring orthodontic work. Just spectacular!!!!!!! Great job guys!!! Michelle M.

Dr. Melling is the best orthodontist in this area! Everyone in his office is so nice and they did a wonderful job on my teeth! I would recommend him to any that needs work in that area!
