Did not keep appointments timely - spent a lot of time in the waiting area. As an adult getting braces, I felt like I was always being treated like a child. Dr. Miner delegated much of the work to busy technicians who rushed, causing unnecessary pain and discomfort. They also did not secure multiple braces properly - they broke off my teeth within days without cause. I was then blamed for causing the problems and reprimanded, despite following instructions. "Unbreakable" metal ring surrounding a molar broke in half in a perfect line and sliced my gum open, causing an infection - I was also blamed for that. Estimated time to wear braces was constantly extended - ended up being double. Retainer broke shortly after getting the braces off - not durable. Unable to get exact replacement copy of retainer without $250+ fee and more appointments. Impossible to get anything done with an office visit, regardless of how minute the issue. Clerical staff is not helpful or accomodating.

I have had 2 children finish braces and one in now as well as myself. Dr. Miner and his staff have made my experience as a parent and a patient very pleasant and informative. Dr. Miner is very skilled in his profession. He has quality treatment and makes it a comfortable and caring office to be in. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Miner.

DMA Dental and Dr. Miner do not enjoy a good reputation. My experience was also negative. I found him arrogant and he had all the "technicians" and other support staff do most of the work.
They have a tremendous amount of turnover and one hygenist friend of mine said she would never consider working there.

Very negative experience. Dr. Miner delegated much of the care to technicians who worked on multiple patients at the same time resulting in poor work. You don't get the quality work you pay for and he is pretty arrogant about everything from scheduling to ordinary questions. We ultimately had to get another doctor to fix his work.
