Dr. Stanley Starr's office is very friendly, runs very efficiently and is very professional. After reading reviews here, I had pretty much decided I was going to have my daughter see Dr. Starr, and I am so glad that I did. The initial consultation was a breeze and free. The treatment course, length of time for wearing the braces, how to take care of the braces, the costs, payment plans, etc., were all explained in a meeting with Dr. Starr's courteous assistant. The best part is that I receive email reminders that I signed up for right in their office regarding appointment reminders, which is great. If there were a 5-star rating, I would rate Dr. Starr's office and the treatment so far, 5 stars!

Dr Starr was my fourth consult for braces (adult) and I was very pleased by my experience. First, the office is very organized. You are assigned a treatment consultant on your first visit; this person helps you schedule appointments, answers questions, etc. Dr. Starr's initial consult was free (as were my other consults), but his consult included an exam, xrays AND molds. Then a follow up appointment is schedule to discuss your options based on all this information. The other consults to which I went only gave me an inital exam and a price sheet. The girl who did my xrays and molds was extremely professional and explained everything to me every step of the way. The individual attention I received impressed me so much that I made my decision to go to Dr. Starr, even though I have to travel 45 miles to get to his office.
