we had a bad experience. Our daughter's teeth looked fine right after treatment but now after just 3 years of fastidiously wearing her retainer, the upper front teeth have started to move. His response is essentially that he "never promised a perfect result"--but she had mild overbite and spaces, and no one, including him,said it couldnt be fixed. now ,at age 19, we are bringing her elsewheer to try and fix the problem.

Horrible. Told me during my consultation he didn't have enough time for me, that I came at a bad time. Had several people staring in my mouth while he showed them "what not to do". At one point, he asked if I had $700 right there on the spot for permanent retainers. When I told him no, but I had insurance he suggested I get reimbursed (I suppose to save his office the trouble of contacting the company). The reception area was totally cluttered with dishelved toys, a huge air hockey and fusball table, both of which if they were used would not even allow someone to approach the receptionist (who appears to be Dr. Cohen's wife). Everyone on staff speaks in Hebrew - which is fine but not when you know they are talking about you.
Will never go back there again!
