Read Reviews for Dr. Brian Miller
Office is overcrowded. Doctor is always late for appointments. He looks and behaves like a businessman, not a doctor. He does not care about you at all.
He does not want to talk to his patients or parents. When his treatment did not work, he just shrugged his shoulders and said that the consent was signed that he does not give any guarantees.
About Front Desk: Too busy to talk or to help about anything but payments. When brace gets lose or oral device breaks, they never schedule your child to see the doctor, have you wait till your next appointment even if it is two mos away.

Dr. Miller has put braces on three of my children, and we've been very pleased. He is not a price gauger; he doesn't charge for follow-up visits, so longer brace time, if needed, doesn't cost more. One of my kids had been told by another orthodontist that he needed insanely expensive jaw surgery to correct his bite. Dr. Miller fixed it with standard bracing. His office is not like a health spa, but I'd rather not pay for expensive artwork on the walls.

He told me I would get my braces off in two years, that was FOUR years ago. Now, every appointment feels like a backtrack AKA, a new way to get my money. He always finds some obstacle that will stop me from getting the braces off, and every visit that should last an hour, last ten minutes. The staff is also quite rude. Most of the time, the Miller never checks his patients, and he always inconviently on vacation!! Most of my appointments, I leave with something breaking or loosen as soon as I leave the door. Today I got bands, the band came off barely four hours after seeing him, and I haven't eaten ANYTHING!
I do NOT reccomend his services, it is truly a waste of money and time.

I got braces for cosmetic reasons. I assumed that Dr. Miller would be competent enough to do his job well. I was wrong. My advice: do not go to Dr. Miller. Some of my formerly-straight teeth are now misaligned. I was never comfortable or satisfied with the results of an appointment. I was never told exactly what was going on/what he was doing with my teeth. I always left every appointment feeling angry or frustrated. I paid a hefty price, and I am not happy with my results, nor with the poor service I recieved. Do not go to Dr. Miller. You'll have a better experience elsewhere.

One thing I can say for sure.. HE KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING AND HE IS AWESOME AT IT! RESULTS WERE ESPECTACULAR !! I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone!! And about the shirts.. I like them.. it makes me feel like im not in a Dental office.. I think everyone has different styles .. plus I went there for a purpose.. getting my teeth aligned .. and not to criticize his style.

The only complaint I have is that his arms are very hairy. He wears tacky hawaiian shirts, has a funny bowl cut, and is kind of eccentric, but other than that he is a wonderful orthodontist and a very nice man.
