Poor service dr brummer himself is wonderful but the practice in general are terrible. Can never get a hold of anyone in office and can’t ever call to make a payment. They are not flexible

On 8/5/2008 I went to Dr. BRUMMER to have braces put on my teeth. At the above date I signed the contract (by myself) and had the top portion of my braces put on. However, I was only 17 at the time that I signed the contract. Specifically, I asked Dr. Brummer if he wanted me to come back after I turned 18, he said that's not necessary. For years I have been trying to get release papers so i could have another orthodontist remove my braces., it is 8/2014 and I have suffered two of my teeth falling out and two abscesses causing me to rush to the E.R. Today, 8/18/2014 I attempted to get my release papers AGAIN after trying for years, but was unsuccessful because of Sara the receptionist. Sara, was extremely rude and inconsiderate of my problems as a patient. Due to the negligence of this dental office, I am now suffering a life or death situation! As a single mother, I am extremely concerned with my overall health because if something happens to me my daughter has no one!
About Front Desk: Front desk receptionist named Sara was extremely inconsiderate, unprofessional, and rude. She refused to give me the paperwork I need to get my teeth fixed. In all my years working in customer service, I have never spoke to an employee as horrible as Sara.

Dr. Brummer did an excellent job with my braces and referred me to an excellent surgeon for my wisdom teeth removal. He also came in on his day off when I needed a wire cut because it was causing me pain. Wonderful man with great work ethic and an awesome staff. Nothing but praises for his office.
