Dr Miller, Dr Wray and the staff are excellent ! My daughter and I traveled from DC once a month for our braces and it was worth the trip.

My name is lisa am 42 years old Dr Jeffrey Miller was recommended by my dentist that I been seeing for over 20 years I had very large gaps & several small baby teeth Dr Miller was able to close all my gaps & straightened all my teeth am very very happy & please with the work he has done for me am in awe how straight & even my teeth are every change I get I be looking at them in the mirror because all my life I was teased about my large gaps it's amazing with his help I can smile without been self-conscious of my smile.. Dr Miller price was more affordable than two other places I went for a consultation...the customer service I received at the front desk was always Pleasant professional and they always go out their way to help accommodate any changes I needed to make with my appointments Dr Miller is very knowledgeable paraprofessional easy to communicate with & very gentle I was away for 4 months & didn't take my retainer with me when I got back from my trip I stop in at his office just to asked if my teeth was okay without the retainer Dr Miller told me because I didn't wear my retainer for 4 months my upper teeth shift a little right away he put new braces back on my upper teeth at no extra charge my braces are off am happy

the treatment is not the problem the problem is his billing office is terrible and not knowledgable. I have 2 insurances they failed to file the claim to my primary until June 2015 and they lied about filing the claim when the services were rendered in 2013. They then took a huge amount of money out of my account stating this balance would be refunded back when my insurance paid. All along they knew they had not filed the claim in a timely manner and that it was rejected by my insurance and that they were supposed to eat the cost not take money out of my account. I have since had to file a complaint with my insurance carriers and also file a civil case in small claims court to get my money back. Do not sign for liability of anything before you check with your insurance to see if Dr. Millers office has filed in a timely manner. If he is under contract with your insurance make sure it is paid first before you give them any money. Dr. Miller needs to fire his billing office staff and get people in there that know what they are doing. Trust me you do not want to lose this kind of money but you will if you do not check behind them to see that they have filed with your insurance. how this happens is they will refuse to remove braces.
About Front Desk: Do not give them money if you have insurance. check with your insurance to see what they will pay before you give them any money. check to see if the claim was filed or you will lose a ton of money and have to fight to get it back.

Charismatic doctor but lacks knowledge in treating complex cases. He rushes the treatment due to being very anxious to move you out the door in order to treat new patients who he's likely to rush out the door as well. Don't expect to get an ounce of your money back even if the results are not what you wanted or ever expected. To top everything off, Dr. Miller told me to be happy with my results after I insisted I wasn't, That's clearly a tactic of an egoist and not someone who cares one iota about his patients' real happiness. Does he want to take the time to give me the results I paid handsomely for? Not at all. Choose wisely!!

Dr. Jeffrey Miller is a very talented orthodontist whose patience is without comparison very much like the wonderful final touches he makes on your teeth. From start to finish he has been absolutely professional and never once failing to greet me with the warmest smile and demeanor. At the end of my 8 month treatment, my teeth look incredible. No one would suspect that there once existed a gap between my top center teeth...not ever. Nor would anyone ever guess that I started out with one of my top teeth behind the tooth right below it. In the very beginning, Dr. Miler took one look at my teeth and told me my teeth would, in the end, look superb. He was absolutely right. I couldn't be happier. I owe him an immense amount of thanks. He returned something to me I had thought I had lost for good, a perfect smile. Yes, I would certainly recommend Dr. Jeffrey Miller to anyone, especially those with complex cases. Finally, anyone visiting his office should be prepared to be treated extremely well. His assistants are the best. Yuriy, Annette, and all the other assistants are absolutely good at what they do, and like Dr. Miller, they welcome you with the brightest smiles, easing all your worries, and really making your day.

I love this office. Staff are extremely friendly and curtious. My oldest daughter got braces and then my youngest daughter. I will be taking my youngest son as well. And yes there is a discount.
