I received braces for 2 yrs because of overbite and problems with jaw alignment. I still have an overbite although the teeth are somewhat straighter in the bottom front. My jaw alignment is still causing problems. The cost was expensive but I used flex spending. His chair-side manner was not good. He didn't respond to several requests for help with alignment and pain problems. Many times my appt was not honored (long waits and moving other patients ahead regarless of appointment). There were so many times when I would come straight from work and make my appointment on time only to be the last one leaving the office while others coming later left before me. Once, I was on time for my appointment and he was >1 hour late. When we discussed the next appointment, I mentioned that I needed an early appt because of work. He said to me twice, "make sure that you're on time". I said to him, "I was on time today". He made no response because he knew I was on time but he had me waiting. In fact, I was regularly on time. One of his receptionists was rude and overly familiar. I asked for my records and she said they were in some warehouse. I am still waiting for my records. I would not recommend Dr. Morris as a good choice to anyone.

Dr. Morris was recommended to me for adult orthodontia. I found his offices well run and comfortable; his staff flexible and a joy to work with; the cost and payment schedule exceptionally reasonable. I would highly recommend him to anyone. They get you in and get you out in a timely manner whle giving you individual attention. Dr. Morris also has a great sense of humor and does indeed practice gentle as well as efficient dentistry. Would that all medical professionals have such a practice.

Fabulous patient approach with children and adults. We're beginning treatment with our 4th child there and would highly recommend him and his staff. Has used different appliances and protocols with each child according to his needs - this is not a "brace-mill."
