Dr. Burk treated all three of my children. The staff and doctors are top notch. His knowledge and expertise in his field are extraordinary. Everything was explained clearly and simply and the outcome exceeded my expectations. My kids have the most beautiful smiles thanks to Burk & Flinn orthodontics.

This office has very inflexible schedule, especially after you have become a patient and paid up-front. Even in case of emergency, it is extremely difficult to obtain an appointment. The office overbook its schedule. The receptionists do not return calls. The treatment is decent, but the customer service is so poor that I do not recommend using their services.

Dr. Burks office is wonderful....all staff..nurses, office staff, etc. are all wonderful. Dr. Burk is rude and arrogant and extremely unpleasant to deal with. If you choose this practice, be sure to insist that you only work with Dr. Flinn, who is wonderful.
