My son is doing everything he is supposed to to take care of his braces and within 3 weeks he already had a bracket pop off
About Front Desk: Ask every question you can about financing.... I used my care credit card thinking I would get 0% financing for 24 months, only to find out after I received my statement that her office does not except the 0% but a fixed APR. for so many months. Had I known that I would have used a different option so that I wouldn't be charged interest. The office staff should have informed me of that from the beginning and I think it's ridiculous that they won't except the 0% financing with care credit.... the office already got paid once I swiped my card. Go figure

I had to go back after 10 years because they decided to put a permanent bar on my bottom teeth and it broke. To remove it was $85 and then I had to get a retainer which was $200. Shouldn't they have done that when I got my braces off, I never asked for the bar that clearly went out of style fast.

Dr. Spannhake is an exemplary dental professional. She is always up to date on the latest advances and puts her patients first. She is meticulous, friendly, and professional. The office and entire staff are welcoming and conscientious. Dr. Spannhake and her colleagues make a visit to the orthodontist a fun and productive experience for everyone!

My children and I were all patients of Dr. Spannhake's orthodontic practice. My children had braces and have fantastic smiles thanks to Dr. Spannhake and her staff. I was treated with Invisalign and I also have a fantastic smile. We enjoyed our visits. The staff was wonderful and Dr. Spannhake is gracious and kind. I would recommend her practice to everyone.
