My daughter got her braces on less than 2 months ago, and we have been back in the office at least 5 times because of the hardware being loose or falling out. I'm very frustrated with this orthodontist and I wonder at the competency of her and her staff. I'm shopping around for a new orthodontist.

Dr. Tumpkin is a good doctor and is very pleasant. The only problem that I have with the facility is that they are very very busy. If something comes up and you have to reschedule your appointment, you won't be getting back for probably at least a month.
