Dr Cramer will play you like a fiddle. My parents got me braces In 7th grade by 8th grade my dad had a stoke and mom had a medical issue in which she could no longer work. Fell behind on payments Dr Cramer took off my wire and left on only the brackets until my mom could finally pay off the braces on a disability income, when I was in 10th grade. I'm a grown man now, I haven't forgotten the pain and suffering Dr Cramer caused by his unprofessional practices and I never received my retainer he fitted me for and was paid for. It may be to late for me or maybe not, but if you value your children's well being, yours or your money go elsewhere. Most likely he is still the same unprofessional man taking people's money and destroying lives.

I had braces on my front top teeth for 2 years. I had 4 wisdom teeth removed somewhere else. Then I went back to Dr. Cramer, they took off my braces and put braces on all of my top and bottom teeth, which I then had for 2 more years.
I'm not sure why I had to have braces twice, because my sister only needed braces 1 time for 2 years.
Several of his assistants were extremely rude, and Dr Cramer himself was very condensending. After everything was said and done he refused to give me a retainer for my bottom teeth, which have now all shifted back. And when the retainer for my top teeth broke he refused to have another one made, not even for an added fee. I guess once he has your money, he's done caring.

After having braces as a child and failing to wear my retainer, I came to Dr. Cramer as an adult patient to have braces put on again. Prior to my consultation I was a bit worried about cost, and I was stunned that braces were so affordable--and with an awesome payment plan, to boot. I found Dr. Cramer to be exceptionally dedicated not only to his professional responsibilities, but also to the overall contentedness of each patient. The office atmosphere is warm and the staff continually engage patients in friendly dialogue. But don't be fooled by the banter--I often referred to Dr. Cramer and his staff as a "well-oiled machine" for their effective communication and punctuality. I highly recommend Dr. Cramer's office to anyone seeking orthodontic care.

I went to Dr. Cramer for braces due to problems with TMJ. I was 65 years old. He evaluated me and said that he could help. I did not expect my teeth to be perfect, but I did not, however expect to come out of it looking worse than I did. He told me my two front teeth's roots were adhered to the bone and would not move. Well then, how did I get a gap? They must have moved when the braces were on. Also, why did he not know that the roots were attached to the bone beforehand? I hardly smile anymore especially in pictures. He should not have taken on the challenge. I am devestated over this.
The billing specialist told me one time that Dr. Cramer would not remove the braces until the bill was paid in full. I was paying 100.00 a month until I was laid off. I missed 1 payment and then used my credit card to pay off a $900.00 balance. The braces were on a year longer than expected. The dentists want their money up front and the Doctors, at least will work with you financially.
Disappointed in Muskegon,
Roberta

Dr. Cramer tries very hard to make the patients feel comfortable, but when you don't do something right or you don't keep your braces clean..thats when he gets nasty. He's a very odd man, but very friendly and outgoing.
