Completely devoid of compassion, I was appalled at his demeanor towards patients (horrible bedside manner and on a serious power trip). He'd frequently snap at his assistants and patients, including me when I told him I was in excruciating pain (I've got the deep scars to prove it). A simple 15 minute procedure would've removed the unnecessary brackets (which I never needed throughout the duration of my treatment) and would've alleviated the pain but he refused to do it. During a bracket placement he was too distracted by talking to a parent about her Christmas shopping, didn't fix the glue properly causing the bracket to come off and I almost choked on it. Again, very "professional." The layout of the facilities leaves little to no privacy as you'll be having about 20 other parents and patients watching you have work done. Thankfully his office has been taken over by Dr Andy Wahl who is phenomenal.

His skills as an orthodontist are commendable but are overshadowed by his deplorable behavior towards patients. It's inevitable that his patients experience some degree of discomfort at some point and his complete lack of compassion was obvious. Upon being asked a question, he was curt, insulting and overall very dismissive especially if pain were an issue. He also would not hesitate to verbally abuse his assistants in front of his patients. Having parents in the area proved to be a distraction for him as he made procedural mistakes while discussing CHRISTMAS SHOPPING with them.
