Had braces years ago. Never recommend him to anyone. When I was in middle school many years ago he was heartless
,didn't care that I was in pain with tons of blood in my mouth from putting my braces band on a tooth which wasn't fully above the gum line or snapping rubber gloves at me when I was already scared to be there. I will never step foot back there and 7 years after my braces got removed I'm looking for a new orthodontist to get new retainers and possibly invisaline.

Dr Parsons is very detail oriented. Staff is wonderful!!!

Dr. Parson's office is extremely busy and you feel as if you are part of an assembly line while at his office. His staff is often quite rude, and he is quite harsh. He tries to be charismatic and witty, but he really just makes me nervous. I had good success with his treatment, as did my other family members, however I would NOT recommend him as an Orthodontist. I don't really trust him. I think he's in it for the money and more than anything, I don't want to have a Doctor that I don't feel comfortable with.
