My child had braces and the treatment was costly and painful. You have very little contact with the doctor and dealing with is wife is the most painful experience of the entire visit. Marla has got to be the most angry person alive.
About Front Desk: Marla has no customer service skills and the only reason she is there is because she is the doctor's wife. The other staff is awesome.

Dr. Loving good has treated myself and all three of my children. He has been a real pleasure as well as his loving wife and staff. The have very family oriented and really get to know their patients. You are more than a patient, you become a part of the family while you are there. I have one kid getting ready to get her braces off and the last one has a little longer to go.
They really are wonderful and they have excellent payment options and will work with you if you enter a hardship and have a hard time making a payment every once in a while.
The communication is wonderful and they are very flexible in working around your hectic schedules.
I recommend them to anyone who needs braces. You will like them as a patient and as a parent.

Seems ok with my child he makes small talk at least.
However his wife is aweful I really feel sorry for the the ladies
that have to deal with her every day. I am paying these people over 2500 dollars and she is very rude .I have four other children who need braces.But when this one is done we won't becoming back.
