Dr. Scott Schinnerer was a great dentist, while he was at his practise. He presently sold his office to Dr. Hannah De Bourg on Chapman St in Orange, CA. It is most unfortunate because the new staff lack organization, people skills and being prompt. On my first visit, I had no notice that there was a change of practise. Much to my surprise, after waiting in the lobby for 1 hour past my appointment, I found myself with a new dentist. Since I was already there for an appointment, I stayed. I am now realizing WHY they don't disclose the change of hands as the sign still reads "Dr. Scott Schinnerer, DDS". Dr. De Bourg is very friendly but thoroughly unskilled. She had her very heavy-handed assistant take an impression of my mouth for a retainer. It came back about 1.5 months later, after I pursued the matter, and when I went for the fitting, it did not fit. She tried to file it down. No success after 1.5 hours of waiting on her chair. She took another impression. It's been 2 months and no answer from her. Good luck to the next person who doesn't mind putting in 4 hours of their time that they will never get back.
About Hygienist: Very friendly. Very chatty. Has a lot of excuses for not getting her work done.
