He just act unconcerned with his patients. Once you a patient he dont communication with anymore.

They were very rude and unprofessinal. They treated my children and I like we were nobody. A lady in the office called us "u people. The lady name was Nicole, they made us wait forever.

My children and I visited Dr.Jones and we were treated poorly. The appointment didn't go anywhere, and the worse part about it we didn't even get to see the doctor. I took off of work and all to be rescheduled, but however they did make money by doing the x-ray. I would not recommend this Ortho to anyone, they were not friendly at all.

We are in the process of getting braces on at this time, but our initial visit was superb!!! We had visited another orthodontist in the area and while they were very pleasant, they wanted a large sum of money down, even with dental insurance. We chose to see another orthodontist before making any decisions. When we saw Dr. Jones, he took us into his office and examined my daughter himself an spoke with us about the treatment plan. There is NO downpayment and low monthly payments. The hygienists were awesome, and within an hour and 15 min. my daughter had spacers on and an appt. for the following week. Dr. Jones is a very nice, down to earth man and his staff are just as sweet. I highly recommend him.
