My son has been being treated for 2 years now by dr Culberth and was told it was about a 14 mo treatment. He is the most obnoxious and rude man I have ever met. I would not recommend him to anyone. If you can afford to drive a little further down the road I would highly recommend it. Not the type of physician you want working with your child. Not a friendly or informative type doc when it comes to treatment. You are always kept in the dark about what is going on with your child's well being and course of treatment, and reprimanded when inquiring.

I went to Dr Culbreth when I was a child. My oldest son went to him as well as I am hoping to get my youngest son in to see him. He is a wonderful Doctor and I was so happy to have my sons be his patients I always get compliants on my teeth thanks to Dr Culbreth.

My daughter is a patient of Dr. Culbreth. Her treatment is still ongoing. So far we have been very satisfied. He is very kind and gentle and our visits are generally stress free. So far, so good!!!!

Dr. Culbreth is extremely good with my two sons. He talks to THEM, not just to me. That makes them feel like part of the process and decisions. He calls them to accountability for brushing and caring for their teeth/braces. He treats them with respect and therefore, they feel a certain ownership. That's good. I'm surprised at the other review here because he is NOT grouchy. He's very to-the-point, factual, and serious about orthodontia, but grouchy, no way! He's delightful and my sons REALLY like him alot. That makes what could be an unpleasant experience, very pleasant and easy for me as a parent. We are all impressed with his knowledge, expertise, and strategy to ensure success. He's extremely honest and forthright about what will happen AND why! We love Dr. Culbreth and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him and his services. Melissa, Indian Trail, NC

Dr Culbreth is a talented orthodontist however he is just plain GROUCHY! I would not recommend seeing him as he is not very nice to patients or staff.
