Athough rather inexpensive compared to other orthodontist, we found out in a hurry that you get what you pay for. Our experience with Dr. Kroll was horrible. In fact we filed a complaint with the NC Dental Board. My daughter ended up having braces a second time with another orthodontist. Thankfully her second experience was effective and very pleasant. I hope no one else has to experience what we did with Dr. Kroll.
