We had to reschedule our appointment today....for absolutely NO reason at all. Yes we arrived EARLY as Usual.. I Honestly think they were just doubled booked, slow, rude, under staffed, tired and Lazy!....And was desperately looking for Excuses not to see us... My daughter Traveled out of town and missed an entire day from College to see Dr. Simon... I asked to speak to the Dr. Face to Face While I was there And She Refused to walk up front for 2 minutes to hear what I had to say! When I got home I called to see if she would at least come to the phone and she still refused! WoW! I was shocked because I had Absolutely No idea they treated their patients that way considering the fact We are Loyal! I'm truly sickened by their actions this morning. (True colors always come through) They will be getting a 1 from me and my family and NO I don't recommend them to others.
About Front Desk: Rude, Lazy, AND Cancels Patients appointments AFTER they arrive EARLY???!!! Just Because the Dr. Is running behind! Not Fair!...??Who does that crap? Pissed!
