Both of my children had braces with Dr. Nelson. Dr. Nelson is very friendly and personable. His staff, however, have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They are rude, mean, non helpful and act like you're inconveniencing them if you have a question. My son was getting his braces off and I had to tell them not to take them off because his teeth were still crooked. I would never go back or recommend this orthodontists to anyone due to the customer service!

Dr. Chauncey Nelson is a great prosthodonist and I am very happy with the treatment I am recieving.
I won't be out of my braces until early 2008 (It's December 2007) and will have to let you know more then.
Overall I am satified with my experience and will recommend other patients here.
