I had braces two different times with Dr. Barnard. The first time because I was told I wouldn't need the braces on for as long making everything cheaper than other places I'd been. The second time was because I hadn't had them on long enough the first time.
My teeth are exactly how they were before I met with Dr. Bernard 5,200 dollars ago with one exception. The last time I was there, to get my permanent retainer removed, Dr. Barnard, using the same drill he used to remove the permanent retainer molding, shaved or shaped my front two teeth (He didn't tell me he would be doing this before and did not explain what he had done afterwards.) This was done with no numbing agents of any sort and was extremely uncomfortable. Now, my two front teeth are much more sensitive to hot/cold because he shaved the enamel down closer to the nerve, and are very sharp (again, he did this without consulting me or explaining why he was doing what he was). To this day, I'm not sure why he did this, but it was very uncomfortable and, in a way, traumatic.

Dr. Barnard is the best. I have been totally amazed at how well my teeth look. The pain has been low, and any questions have been answered very well.
