We sat in the waiting room one day 30 minutes past our appointment time, where we had not even been called back yet. Would it be acceptable for me to show up 30 minutes late for my appointment? Went for a cleaning and finally walk out of the office 1 hour and 15 minutes later! I also do not like be encouraged to NOT be with my young child when they are about to have their first treatment outside of normal cleaning and they are fearful. When I do walk back because our 1 hour appointment has turned to 1 hour and 15 minutes, and find my child crying in pain and the dentist telling them not to cry, it is heartbreaking as a parent. Desk clerks do not know correct customer service skills if you question anything.

We have gone to dr Lisa for years for cleanings she was always kind and pleasant my daughter broke her front tooth ice skating when I called the receptionist said I could bring her right over it was fixed that day thank you dr Lisa

We went to two dentists before and my kids were scared to death of going in. Sometimes my littlest would even hide when it was time to go for an appointment. Since we switched to Dr. Lisa, it's been a much less dramatic experience. Her office has TVs in the back that play their favorite movies, and the kids come home with small toys and balloons.

she's caring and makes my kids comfortable; the staff are also nice
