Dr. Niewold was my orthodontist for 7 years of treatment. He was gruff, and I didn't like some of the assistants he worked with. However, Dr. N. always gave me his full attention during my appointments. I remember plenty of pain (but that was unavoidable because of the bad condition of my teeth), and Dr. N would refer me to various other specialists for work outside his field of expertise (e.g. an oral surgeon for my impacted wisdom teeth extraction.) Dr. N was encouraging when he saw improvement, and his billing and front desk people were always fair and reasonable. And guess what: I have received compliments on my beautiful teeth as I travelled all over the world, thanks to Dr. Niewold! My younger brother was Dr. N's patient several years later, same experiences, same incredible results.
