Dr. Thresher & staff are the best! My son has special needs and has lots of issues with pain. Without the care and willingness to work with his needs, he could never have had braces. There are special circumstances re: his teeth & Dr. Thresher has recommended the most cost effective way to approach the situation. My son loves going to see Dr. Thresher & his staff and his teeth are beginning to look great. About 2 years left to go.

I became a patitent of Dr. Thresher when he took over the practice of my original orthodontist who was retiring. The staff is extreemly nice and always pleasant. He recently move into a new office that he designed and decorated from the ground up (the doctor is an aviation buff, and decorated his waiting room with a vintage aircraft propeller and in addition to regular chairs, some surplus first class airline seats). My treatment lasted several years, and I now only see him ocasionally to make sure my retainer still fits good. He is a great choice for adults, and kids alike. He also come up with a program where kids earn woden "nickels" for being ontime to the appointment and having good oral hygine. One thing that especially stands out for me was when they were applying my braces, to provent me from swallowing the dental cement, they had taken some flavoing concentrate that is used for impressions (molds of your mouth using a paste that you can have flavored) and put some drops on my tounge every so often so I wouldn't taste the cement. I recomend him to anyone looking for an orthodontist in southwest Las Vegas.

Dr. Thresher helped me with my (2) daughters. They both had very complex issues, more than just straightening teeth. I really liked the way he explained to me what needed to be done, the total costs, and the estimated times. I fully understood their treatment process and what needed to happen. He was very concerned with their comfort and closely monitored their progress. The staff was friendly and responsive and the office is super cool! There were no surprises. Highly recommend.

All of the staff at this office were friendly, gentle and fun!! They worked through payment plans with me and made arrangements when I had hard times.....I am happy with my treatment and will be coming to this office for my child's treatment when that time comes!!!
