Dr. Schwartz is rude and obnoxious. he over charged me by about 2500$. please avoid him at any costs. his staff is very friendly and i feel so bad that they have to deal with him. he is honestly the worst doctor i have ever met and i work for doctors so I know how they can be. i still have an overbite after all the money i spent with him and he claims he could not push my teeth back anymore. but other orthodontists say that there is a lot of work left to be done. so on top of over charging me, he didnt even get the job done. i am disgusted and frustrated and i regret going to him. someone needs to put this crook out of business
About Front Desk: the girls at the front desk are dolls, and i wish they did not have to work for him.

I'm disgusted with his 2 year only attitude, he did a great job with my son's teeth as compared to what it was 2 years ago, but towards the end, his teeth was shifting still but he said what he did compared to what we started was "basically perfect" and if I was still unsatisfied, we can redo everything again but it'll cost me like I was a new patient again. After further investigation on other long island orthodontist, they average a 7 year program knowing adolescent kids' teeth shift but this schwartz kept to his 2 year program and said "what is fair is fair", I am disgusted with his 2 year program and during our initial consultation, he evaded this question and said "we'll see", but kept a confident approach to being convinced that he will fix his teeth. I don't doubt it, my son's teeth was in bad shape but if all of it fell off and his adult teeth grew in, I'm confident his teeth will also fix itself, but my only disgust is his 2 year only approach to all his customers, especially in adolescent children where their jaw and teeth will guarantee to change over time. He wanted to charge me again right after the 2 years where he strategically timed it to remove his braces and let us loose, I would discourage others to use him.

i love dr. schwartz work i got my braces off about 6 months ago and i get so many complemetns i love my teeth. he is a great ortho. you should use him if you live in the area

The staff is great but Dr. Schwartz is very rude. He treats patients with no respect when they ask questions. He answers as if they are not intelligent enough to understand. He is very curt and condescending to his very patient staff. The staff is wonderful! The sweetest girls ever.
