The overall experience was fine. The entire staff was pleasant, warm and has wonderful customer service.
The facility was clean and the waiting area was roomy.
The doctor. This man was pleasant on the first visit but gradually became condescending and offensive on each subsequent visit.
One of the pieces installed at his office by an intern was installed incorrectly. I discreetly brought this to his attention and the condescension came in the form of rough handling and "silent treatment" from the duration of treatment there.
Meanwhile, here I am, 7 years later STILL with a segment of the implant permanently adhered to the inside of my tooth!

After 1 year of the treatment, the braces have been removed. The teeth look excellent. The facilities are clean, customer service is nice. The cost of the treatment is very expensive, though. Anyway, overall I am satisfied and the result has been achieved. Thank you.

Dr. Mizrahi is the only doctor I trust. I love Dr. B as well:0 They are fixing the work other orthodontist did. The place is very organized and clean. Easy to schedule emergency appointments.Very nice technicians. Mild stress for me is because I scared from all doctors especially dentists, but they always try to make me comfortable. I highly recomend this place.
About Front Desk: Exceptional staff, very helpul. I asked several documents and was surprised to receive it within minutes via email.

I am so happy with there services , not only is the front desk and management amazing , friendly and accommodating ..they have an extremely talented bunch of tech's .. And the doctors I can't say no more so gentle and nice and patient ! I would only recommend this office for any work you need I commute from Staten Island that is how happy I am with this office/doctor and you will be too ...

Dr. Ron and his staff are so friendly and nice i just had to let others know. Walking in to the office, you just relax and feel at home. The stress of dental work leaves you right away and you are eager to get the work done.

I finished my treatment with Dr Mizrahi 2 years ago and I am so glad I met him. I had braces 2 times before I was refered to Dr M. and my teeth and jaws still did not line up properly. I was in tremendous discomfort when during one of my many consultations the dentist told me the only person he would trust is Dr. M. and he wouldn't touch me until I was evaluated by Dr M. first. Well it has been a enlighting and wonderful experience. I had a through workup with Dr. M and my surgeon Dr. Sachs. Both doctors discused my problems with me in great length and developed a plan which consisted of braces and surgery on my jaws. The treatment lasted a little over a year and a half, 4 months shorter than predicted. Now my teeth look great they meet together and I am pain free. The experience was wonderful, both Dr M. and Dr. S are professional knowledgable highly regarded and nice guys. Their staff and offices catered to me. Even the surgery on my jaws did not hurt. I was swollen for only 2 weeks after the surgery. I took my braces off 2 years ago and wear retainers in the night, my teeth still look perfect. Most people tell me I look younger; now my braces are off. I highly recommend Dr. Mizrahi he really changed my life.

Dr. Mizrahi is THE BEST!! To start, his office is magnificent. It is large, bright airy and very high tech. When i met the dr. he was very open about what was best for me. My teeth were not great, but not horrible.He told me i had to fix my bite and that is most important. more important than just fixing crooked teeth- which i had also. I chose invisalign. I did not want to have braces. He is great. I am almost done and my teeth look great. Having perfect teeth with a perfect bite makes such a difference. My jaw doesn't hurt anymore and i feel better about how i look. I recommend Dr. Mizrahi very highly!
