Irina Valger is an experienced orthodontist and she is probably a bit cheaper than competition.
But she is overly aggressive in recommending tooth extractions. Using a third party test/analysis she persistently pushed us to have 4 teeth extracted to fix my son’s small overbite. Second opinion and successful treatment completion at another orthodontist office proved that recommendation to extracted healthy molars was a complete nonsense!
I would not recommend.

I had treatment done by Dr. Valger. It took over 5 years and I am still not done. Choose carefully.

Me and both my daughters were patients of doctor Valger for many years. She did quite complex tasks of improving our smiles and correcting our bites. We are really and greatly thankful to her for excellent work.
Her office accepts some dental insurance plans. She never have a shortage in her patients. The only minus is a usual long waiting time before appointment.
Highly recommend.
