She was nasty and took money for a procedure ( invisalign) when my condition was too severe for proper results, making the procedure painful, ineffective, and costly. She filed down my teeth and now they are shifting further out of line than what I started with.

Chair side manners were extremely rude and outright mean. Office would not accept my insurance plan so I paid out of pocket and I was happier with how my teeth looked prior to orthodontic work. I am angry and unhappy with the results and disrespectful treatment I received. I would not recommend this office.
