The guy only cares about Money. When he sees your child's teeth he sees dollar bills. The Doctors are nice when you are signing up but quickly turn rude and careless once they have your insurance money. I Wish I never started. Please don't make the same mistake go to another orthodontist.

Office is okay, staff cool, but Dr. W doesn't know anything, can't never understand anything he is doing, he is also arrogant toward staff and parents. Dr. Friedman is a CROOK!! honest truth. Watch out.
My child's teeth look horrible, my husband and I went to another orthodontist to fix the problems :).
Front office is unorganized, but staff are nice. Seems like the doctors put their nose into everything and frustrate the staff, which makes them just want a pay check and not really want to work.

This is the worst experience I have every had with any Dr. His office manager is the rudest and nastiest person I have ever experienced. She lied about the amount they collected from the insurance in order to overcharge me. She wouldn't return phone calls to clarify or adjust the amount. They are dishonest and uncooperative. We generally wait 45 minutes with an appt. which takes weeks to book. People are always having fights at the front desk because they are so uncooperative abt. time and money. I'm sooo sorry I am committed to going here with my child.

Just got my braces off and my teeth look remarkable. I LOVE DR. FRIEDMAN! Highly recommended. Kid friendly and a lotta fun! Thanks to you guys and the staff.

I have had the most pleasurbale experience in halthcare with Dr. Friedmans office. He provides a safe and caring atmosphere. and the result was excellent
