Great place! Whenever my braces broke they were always able to get me in for an appointment right away. Always gave me tips when I had my braces on to help keep my teeth straight. Now I were a retainer at night so my teeth don't shift or change.

When i first came to Doctor Falsafi, she was smiling and made me feel comfortable. The other people who worked there were also kind. The price for my braces fit my Moms budget which made us both happy. Go to Dr. Falsafi!!!

About Front Desk: Front desk is awful. She has given wrong information on multiple occasions. For the first 3 appointments she told me kids were getting braces put on when weren't. Half of the staff never has a smile on there face including Dr. Herself. They should spend more time on customer service skills instead of there tan.

I have Damon braces. The treatment was successful we only had to pay $350 out of pocket there was no pain involved at all while having the braces. They help us all the insurance and there chair side manners were perfect.I would 100% recommend more people to go to this orthodontist.

Dr. Falsafi is absolutely amazing. I went in as an adult to receive braces. The atmosphere is very kid and adult friendly. I have never once felt unwelcome. Whenever I call to ask about payments or the treatment itself, I never hang up thinking I don't know the answer. I got my braces on October 2011 and am now getting them off today, march 19, 2013. 1 1/2 years of having them on and I have never been dissatisfied ever. I did exactly what I was told and am able to get them off early! I moved to Georgia in the middle of the treatment, and she worked with me so that I came in when I could, and i still felt like welcome at the facility! I would absolutely recommend them to any adult or child looking to receive a beautiful smile! Her and her staff are the best at what they do!

It is difficult to sum up all the attributes of Dr. Falsafi in one short paragraph. She is an excellent orthodontist and is very well respected in the community. She truly cares about her patients, is honest and true to her word. In addition to being an orthodontist, Dr. Falsafi is a Professor at the University of Buffalo Dental School. As a teacher, she is up on the very latest orthondontic technologies. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an orthodontist.

About Front Desk: The entire office staff is excellent. Mary, Shannon, and Miller always provide service with a smile. They have a "can do" attitude and truly care about their patients.

My 2 childern are in treatment with Dr. Falsafi. My daughter got her braces removed today and what a celebration it was!!The Dr and staff sang to her and made her feel so special it's a day she will remember for a long time. Coming here for the last 4 years feels like visiting family, everyone is so helpful and friendly. They even have fresh baked cookies on Mondays! Anyone looking for the best quality orthodontic treatment this is the place.
