Dr Lozman made me feel comfortable from the first day we started speaking in his office. He was like a caring father figure. He made sure to teach me something new each time I came in to tighten my braces. The staff is amazing! Everything was always clean and he really took care of my smile and I cannot stop smiling from ear to ear. He even helped me by providing me with a new lower retainer, in which I had past braces for and my old retainer broke. This was the second time I ever received braces and with this entire staff, I feel like they were really there to help me versus the previous orthodontist I went to in a different state who I felt like they were all about my money and did not provide great treatment in which is why I had to get braces for the second time. I recommend anyone inquiring about ortho treatment to please go see Dr Lozman! You will be totally satisfied.
About Front Desk: They were always happy! Not one time did I go in there and they were having a bad day or even sound like it. They were always chipper and very friendly. I loved it!

Very approachable, engaging, and great orthodontic work! My mouth was a mess when we started.

I think the treatment is good, although we didn't finish the process yet. However, it is really hard to wait for an open appointment, if for any reason you missed one, you will need to wait at least two month to fit in, which is so much pain.

I went to Dr. Lozman for my braces. Unlike many others' orthodontists, he did not put a bar behind my bottom teeth. I used the retainer as instructed, but five years later, my bottom teeth have shifted very much. This has not happened to my friends who had a bar inserted, leaving me to wonder why I was never given the option. His response is that teeth change and I can pay to have a new retainer made. Not exactly what you want to hear after paying a fortune for braces. It is just unfortunate when you are the one whose teeth change because your orthodontist didn't do what seems to be the normal practice in the community.
