I had a pallet expansion and a lot of work done in other areas. I was born with a major congenital disease which required the NYU Craniofacial team to work together on several different operations. The entire team does amazing work, and all of them EXCEPT DR.GRAYSON are nice. Dr. Grayson made my mother cry twice by saying that if we cancel appointments then he will refuse to see us or continue on the processes that we need. He also treats his staff horribly as well, in front of the patients. He believes hes "God's gift to the Earth." If your going to go to him then be sure not to miss an appointment and have all of your money ahead to time, because he believes everyone has the right amount of money to have what needs to be done on his time, not whats financially keen for the actually patient.

My son has been under Dr. Grayson's care for the past 21 years. He was born with a cleft lip and palate and thanks to the dedication and talent of both Dr. Grayson and Dr. Cutting my son today has the face that he was meant to be born with. Words can not express the graditute that I feel for both of these dedicated doctors and their staff. Dr. Grayson is an artist and teeth are his medium. He truly has the patients best interest at heart.
I have sat outside of the exam room many a time and listenend to how he spoke to the children that he is treating and I can honestly say it made my heart melt. Not only is he brilliant, the inventor of many appliances to help mold and shape the palate and upper lip during infancy which results in far less surgery for the patitent in the long run, he is also the kindest soul you will ever meet. He is fluent in several languages so that he can communicate with parents and really let them know the course of treatment he has planned for their child to achievethe best result possible. He never ever boasts about all of his accomplishment, and the countless amount of hours he puts into creating a face that is ready for surgery. His work speaks for itself!! PERFECTION!!

I think he is competent, but the administrative staff made our visit the most unpleasant health-related experience in my life. Never seen anything that rude.

Best team in cleft, lip and palate. You will surely be in good hands with Dr. Grayson's team. If you are looking for real experts (best in the industry), this is the place to go. They have been treating me for 3 years and I'd say it's worth every penny.

He is my sons Dentist for special treatments, my experience with him is out of ordinary, and from when we start he was like a part of my family, so my recommendation is very strong for him & staff they are very delightful

I can remember Dr. Grayson as a sweet man with a lot of carisma and charm who treated me well ( gave me braces) when i was going through reconstructive plastic surgery @NYU... he was a great doctor and hopefully next time im in NYC i get to visit the hospital for the first time in years
