The rudest customer service.
My 18 month old son fell and knocked a tooth out of his mouth.
When we called for an emergency appointment they said they could see us in 48 hours.
The experience with the front desk went downhill from there.
It is a shame that after taking our daughter there for 7 years we have to change dentists.
The writing was on the wall when they were unresponsive after her face swelled up when she chewed her cheek after a novacaine shot.
We are seeing another DDS. I would never recommend Dr. Jaffe's office to anyone.
The dentists are fine the office workers are the worst. The fish rots from the head down.

Her number on this contact is incorrect. It's actually the offices fax number. Dr. Jaffe's office number is 212.369.2213. Both my kids had their braces done their. It ain't cheap but the ride is pleasant.

Dr. Margot Jaffe and her office staff which includes her associates, hygenists and front desk personel are knowlegable and kind. They took my child in during a dental trauma immediately. We have also had routine exams and orthodontic consults.

As a pediatric dentist and an orthodonist, Dr. Jaffe offers full service to kids, in an extremely kid-friendly setting. My daughter has gone to her since her first dental appointment as a toddler, and has recently completed (at age 14) a very successful course of orthodontia. Dr. Jaffe is gentle, patient, kind, flexible, and has always put my daughter at ease. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
